Cancellations and refunds
Placeholder copy for development — this has not had a legal review, and no real payment provider is wired up yet. Do not treat this as launch-ready; replace before real users pay for anything.
1. Single Circles (₹599, available once our 50 founding spots are taken)
A single Circle covers one weekend meetup. If you cancel before the venue is revealed (Friday, 10 AM), your Circle carries over to another weekend. After the reveal, cancelling — or not turning up — uses it up.
2. Monthly and Founding plans
Your month starts with your first confirmed Circle, not the day you pay, and includes up to 3 Circles. You can cancel anytime: you keep your remaining invites until your month ends, and the plan doesn't renew. We don't give partial refunds for a month already started. Founding members keep their locked price only while their plan stays active.
3. Saying YES, and cancelling
We invite you on Wednesday for that weekend. Say YES by Thursday 12 PM to keep your seat — if you don't, it goes to someone else and doesn't use up an invite. Cancelling after the Friday venue reveal uses up that invite.
4. If a Circle doesn't happen
If we cancel a Circle on our side (for example, not enough people confirmed, or a venue problem), it never uses up your invite — you'll be prioritised for the next weekend.
5. No-shows
Not turning up to a Circle you said YES to uses up that invite. Two no-shows pause your invites until our team has spoken with you.
6. Requesting a refund
For anything not covered above — a genuine billing error, a duplicate charge, or a venue or safety issue during a Circle — contact us and we'll review it case by case.
