The basics of using The Qrated Circle

1. What you're agreeing to

By creating an account and joining a Circle, you agree to these terms. The Qrated Circle, by Queer Nilayam, is a small-group meetup service for the LGBTQIA+ community — not a dating app, and not a general events marketplace.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older to sign up. You're responsible for the accuracy of the profile and questionnaire details you provide — they're what your Circle is matched on.

3. Circles and matching

Each Circle is a small group (6 people, including you) matched by us based on your profile and questionnaire answers. We don't guarantee a particular match, venue, or outcome from any Circle — matching is a best effort, not a promise of compatibility.

4. Conduct

Circles only work if people show up respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour toward another member or a venue can get an account suspended or removed, at our discretion, without a refund for that period.

5. Payments and plans

There's no free Circle. You can join a monthly plan for up to 3 Circles a month (₹1,499, or ₹1,199 for our first 50 founding members, locked while your plan stays active). Once the 50 founding spots are taken, the founding plan closes and single Circles (₹599) become available. Food and drinks at the venue are paid by each member directly. A monthly plan's month starts with your first confirmed Circle. See the Pricing page and our Refund Policy for invites, cancellations and no-shows.

6. No liability for third-party venues

Circles take place at independent cafes, restaurants, and venues we partner with. We select venues in good faith but aren't responsible for the venue's own service, safety, or conduct once you're there.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll aim to flag material changes before they take effect.
